A&A-EUcoins auction rules

If your bid wins, it obliges you to enter into and fulfill the purchase contract. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Participation and access

You must be at least 18 years old and have a verified email address. You do not need paid auction access (Buyer Auction Access) to view auctions or make catalog purchases.

To bid you need valid access: Buyer Auction Access for €30 for 12 months without automatic renewal, a free period offered by the platform, or the free trial (where enabled, up to 3 different lots per period; terms and remaining allowance are shown in your profile). It is a digital platform service, not a deposit, account balance, penalty, payment guarantee, or part of the item price.

Your shipping address and phone number are collected only after you win an auction or when needed for delivery.

2. Bidding

Bids are placed in euros. UTC server time determines the auction timing; the interface displays the time in your local time zone.

The minimum bid follows the bidding increment. A hidden maximum bid raises your bid only as much as needed.

Shill bids, collusion, manipulation, and seller self-bidding are prohibited.

3. Auction closing and automatic extension

A bid from another bidder in the final 90 seconds extends the auction so that 90 seconds remain.

Server time determines the result. Your device’s time zone does not affect it.

The auction does not result in a sale if the reserve price is not met.

4. Direct payment

The winner pays the seller directly within 72 hours. A&A-EUcoins neither accepts nor holds payment for goods.

The 72 hours start only after verified seller payment details are available. The winning bid is the binding final item price including applicable VAT; the seller cannot demand additional VAT afterwards. Shipping is shown separately.

Contact and shipping data are shared only after a transaction arises and only as necessary.

5. Non-payment and disputes

A report of non-payment starts a review by a member of staff; it does not trigger an automatic penalty.

Both sides can provide payment evidence, an account statement or an explanation; the lot is not reassigned before a decision. A reasoned decision can be appealed.

After non-payment is confirmed, the seller separately chooses whether to offer the lot to the next eligible participant at that participant’s previous bid or end the sale without a deal. The €30 Buyer Auction Access fee is not withheld; possible statutory claims depend on the facts, and A&A-EUcoins does not impose a fixed penalty.

6. Seller status

Private or trader status is shown before bidding.

EU consumer rules for trader contracts may not apply to private sellers; traders provide mandatory pre-contract information.

7. Product

The seller is responsible for legality, title, accurate description, and applicable safety information.

Counterfeits, unlawful objects, and concealed material defects are prohibited.

8. Moderation

Moderation decisions are based on facts and context. The number of reports alone is not proof.

Affected users receive an explanation and information on how to appeal. Urgent orders from public authorities and safety risks take priority.
