Everything a private collection needs
Albums and series
One coin lives in several albums; series with progress and automatic matching, missing pieces go to the want list.
Import and export
Excel (xlsx), CSV, JSON, XML and an HTML gallery. The import wizard maps columns, shows a preview and validates the data.
Backups
A single .aacbackup package — database, photos and documents. Password-protected AES-256-GCM encryption, restore with a safety copy.
Security
PIN and auto-lock, encrypted database, storage locations hidden in every export.

How the app updates
The app checks for a newer version at startup. If one is available, start it with the update button in the app.
- The app compares its version against the update manifest on the website — automatically or via a “Check now” button.
- Download progress is shown. The app then compares the file's SHA-256 hash with the manifest; a mismatch cancels the update.
- The app creates a backup before replacing program files. The collection database and collection files are intended to remain unchanged.
- The check URL and the automatic mode are configured under “Settings → Updates”.
System requirements
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
- No .NET installation needed — everything is inside the installer
- Internet is needed to activate and periodically check the license, use marketplace features and download updates
- Your collection is stored locally. Offline access lasts up to 30 days after a check for a paid license, or up to 3 days for a trial (never beyond the trial end)
- In portable mode, collection data is stored in the app folder
