Notices, complaints, and appeals

Illegal content, fraud, counterfeits, unsafe products, privacy, non-payment, and other violations can be reported with a precise reference, reasons, and good-faith confirmation.

A report counts only after staff review, contextual assessment, and a reasoned decision confirming a violation. Unreviewed and dismissed reports do not count.

A first and second confirmed violation in a rolling 12-month period may restrict trading for 7 and 30 days; a third blocks new bids and sales, but not sign-in or appeal access.

The account holder sees the count and reason categories, not reporters' names, contact details, or other personal data unless disclosure is legally required.

Affected users may continue signing in, submit evidence and an explanation free of charge, appeal the decision, and use the operator contact email. Appeals receive human review.
