Take part in a coin auction step by step

1. Registration and profile

• Create an account if you are 18 or over. Accept the Terms of Use and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
• Verify your email address; bidding is unavailable until verification
• Complete Contact and delivery in your profile; the address is needed for shipping

2. Choose a lot

Review the photos, any video, the condition (G–UNC), catalog references such as KM or Bitkin, and shipping terms. Ask questions through the contact function before bidding if anything is unclear.

3. Bidding

• The minimum increment is shown on the lot page; a winning bid is binding
• Automatic bidding raises your bid as needed, up to the maximum amount you set.
• Soft close: after a competing bid near the end, 90 seconds must pass without another bid
• Buy now completes the purchase immediately without waiting for the auction to end

4. Winning and payment

• Buyer Auction Access for €30 is required to bid unless a free period or the free trial (up to 3 lots) applies — a service, not a deposit or part of the item price.
• After winning, pay the seller directly in euros within 72 hours; agree the payment method in the order chat.
• Seller ships with tracking; confirm receipt or open a dispute in your account.

Consumer rights

A statutory withdrawal right may apply to a trader-to-consumer distance sale. An online-only auction is not automatically a public auction for the exemption.

Platform liability

• A&A-EUcoins is a marketplace for listings and bidding. The sale contract is between seller and buyer.
• A&A-EUcoins does not handle item payments. Mandatory platform duties and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
• Lot video and moderation reduce risk but do not replace your own due diligence.
