Buyer Auction Access terms

The paid platform service enables bidding for 12 months from confirmed payment and does not renew automatically. It is not a deposit, wallet, penalty, or payment for goods. Consumer total: €30 including applicable VAT.

Consumers generally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw. An express request for immediate commencement does not end that right. For the 12-month access, technical activation alone is not treated as automatic full performance. Proportionate compensation after commencement is possible only under BGB section 357a(2). The continuously accessible electronic function under BGB section 356a is at Withdraw from contract; email, post and the statutory model form remain available.

Restriction requires a documented reason, an opportunity to respond, and appeal. Non-payment never automatically forfeits €30.

After confirmed payment, the profile provides a durable document showing the service, amount, date, reference and A&A-EUcoins supplier details. It is separate from item payments between users. Refunds follow mandatory withdrawal, defective-performance and unjust-enrichment law; statutory refund claims are not excluded by a blanket term.

The platform may grant a global free period for existing and new accounts, a period following registration or an individual benefit. Free buyer access and waiver of seller commission are separate benefits. Applicable services and expiry dates appear in your account. Durations in months are calculated in calendar months from the start of the relevant benefit. Seller verification and account restrictions still apply. Buyers pay sellers directly for goods and shipping; these are not free platform services.

Orders opened during a seller commission waiver remain commission-free even if receipt of payment is confirmed later. Existing invoices remain payable. Disabling new registration benefits does not shorten previously granted periods. Ending a global period or individual benefit early changes future eligibility while preserving the history of commission-free orders. After expiry, the regular terms apply: 5% seller commission excluding shipping and €30 buyer access for 12 months. Previously purchased access remains valid until its own expiry. There is no automatic charge or renewal.

When trial participation is enabled, a buyer can unlock 3 different auction lots free of charge per period. By default, the allowance renews every 30 days from the start of trial participation. Your account shows the current interval and next renewal date. The platform may change the interval or disable new trial participation. Further bids on already unlocked free lots do not use another slot and remain available when trial access is disabled, unless the account is restricted. Unused slots do not accumulate. When the allowance is exhausted, buyers can wait for renewal or purchase annual access separately.
