What it costs to participate in an auction

Buyers pay the seller directly for goods. A&A-EUcoins charges sellers a 5% fee only for successfully paid items. Any applicable VAT is calculated only on the fee, not on the item price.

Buyer Auction Access — €30

  • The digital service package enables bidding for 12 months from payment confirmation and does not renew automatically.
  • It is not a deposit, wallet balance, penalty, or part of the item price.
  • Non-payment never automatically forfeits €30.
  • The terms, immediate start of the service, and withdrawal information are confirmed separately before payment.
  • The access period and payment confirmation appear under Access and payments. A tax invoice is available only when verified tax details have been recorded.

Paying for a lot

Pay the coin price directly to the seller (SEPA, PayPal, or another agreed method). A&A-EUcoins does not handle the payment.

For sellers

  • The seller fee is 5% of the successfully paid final item price; shipping is excluded. Tax treatment depends on the seller's verified status, country and VAT ID. A&A-EUcoins currently applies the German small-business scheme (section 19 UStG) to supplies taxable in Germany and charges no VAT. If 19% German VAT applies in future, a €1,000 item produces a €50 fee, €9.50 VAT and a €59.50 total; reverse charge is used only after all conditions are verified.
  • The fee is recorded only after the seller confirms receipt of payment. Unpaid, cancelled and fully refunded sales carry no fee.
  • A&A-EUcoins provides a monthly statement. Payment is due 14 days after an invoice is issued. Never pay without the invoice's unique reference.
  • Seller functions require separate verification and Seller Activation; the same account can also buy.

Shipping

Buyers pay shipping directly to the seller unless it is included in the item price.
