Online marketplace role
How A&A-EUcoins supports marketplace sales through listings, auctions, messaging and moderation while the sale and item payment remain between buyer and seller.
Role
A&A-EUcoins provides listings, bidding, messaging, and moderation. The sale contract is between seller and buyer; payment for goods goes directly to the seller. Mandatory platform duties remain unaffected.
A&A-EUcoins takes no title or possession, does not physically inspect the item, does not receive its price, and has no authority to contract or receive declarations for a seller or buyer outside the described functions. Fees for A&A-EUcoins services do not alter that allocation of roles.
Seller status
The seller's declared status is shown before contracting; actual activity remains decisive. Private-seller listings explain that EU consumer law generally does not apply to that sale contract.
Used coins and statutory rights
Collector or second-hand status alone does not remove statutory rights for non-conforming goods. Where a trader sells to a consumer, those rights generally also apply to used coins. In Germany, the limitation period for used goods may be shortened to at least one year only after separate prior notice and an express separate agreement; simply marking a coin as used is not enough. The harmonised EU notice does not make A&A-EUcoins the coin seller or guarantor.
Goods payment and commission
The buyer pays the goods price directly to the seller; A&A-EUcoins does not receive that payment. The platform commission is a separate fee for its own service to the seller, is not part of the goods price, and is not deducted from the buyer's payment.
