Where applicable, listings collect and display manufacturer, EU responsible person, product ID, image, and warnings.

Unsafe products can be reported, suspended, and connected to buyer notification and recall workflows.

The single point of contact for market surveillance authorities and consumers on product safety (Art. 22 Regulation (EU) 2023/988) is the email address in the legal notice. Orders from authorities, including via Safety Gate, are handled without delay and within the required time limits; affected listings may be blocked and buyers informed.
